farmers & ARTISAN market vendors

The Farmers & Artisan Market will take place during "Tastings Under The Oaks" on Saturday, October 7th. To participate you must complete our application form below. NO WRITE-IN applications will be accepted, ON-LINE SIGN UP ONLY. All fees MUST be paid at time of application submission. Payment is by credit card only, NO checks. This year all market vendors will be integrated with the festival grounds. Vendor locations shall be at the sole discretion of the festival.



  • 7:00 am to 9:30 am - Set-up (no unauthorized set-up will be done prior to times)
  • 10:00 am - Vendors must be set up for photography & vehicles moved from the market area
  • 11:00 am - Market set-up complete
  • 4:00 pm - Market Closes (NO early departure)
  • 5:00 pm - All vendors must be loaded out, spaces cleaned and in pre-arrival condition


  • The SSFSF Market committee utilizes a juried process for all applicants. Applications are considered on a first come basis.
  • The decision of the committee is final. If your application is denied your fees will be refunded.
  • The market is intended for purveyors of original artwork, limited editions, fine craft items and farmers, or their representatives, who grow produce on their own land.
  • You certify that all information you may submit is true and correct. The Festival shall have the right to deny the presentation of any goods and/or services that have not previously been submitted with the application. The Festival will review your products on event day for compliance.
  • You will ensure all your staff and/or representatives are aware of all rules and regulations and agree to abide by same.
  • The Festival reserves the right to cut-off applications at any time, completely at the discretion of the Festival. Our space is limited and available on a first come basis.
  • This is a rain or shine event. No refunds under any circumstances.
  • You agree to release and hold harmless the St. Simons Food & Spirits Festival, it's officers, employee's, event managers, and all event sponsors and volunteers.
  • By completing this application you are are agreeing to any conditions, as may be presented and/or amended.

NOTE: All vendors will be responsible for their own set-up and facilities. The festival will ONLY provide to the vendor, "vendor space", within the festival grounds, the location of which, shall solely be at the discretion of the festival. Any required tenting, equipment, furniture, power, etc. so required by the vendor, shall be the sole responsibility of the vendor. Upon event completion the vendor is responsible for the clean up of their "vendor space", returning it to a similar "before event" condition. In the event vendor does not return their "vendor space" to a "before event" condition and the festival is required to conduct an additional clean up, any costs incurred by the festival for such clean up shall be deducted from the vendor proceeds payable to the vendor.

NOTE: It is a requirement of our insurers that the festival be a named addition to all vendor insurance policies. All vendors will be asked to provide a copy of their insurance showing the festival as a "named Insured" prior to the festival. The information required for your insurance provider is below:

The St. Simons Food & Spirits Festival is a non-profit 501(c)3 organization that highlights the best of the Golden Isles’ culinary bounty, scenic beauty and history – while raising funds and awareness for its charity of choice, Hospice of the Golden Isles.


  • All persons must be of legal drinking age or older
  • No dogs or pets are allowed at any event venues
  • All advance discount tickets are released in limited quantities and can sell out at any time without notice

  • all events are rain or shine & event programs are subject to change without notice
